We are looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the following position:

Marketing Manager, General Insurance      –     1 position

Location: Vientiane, Laos

Report to: Managing Director

This position will be responsible for company sales target by directing and managing corporate Marketing & Sales function as well as establish strategic alliance with channels and facilitate the professional development of the team and providing customer support.

To be successful as a Marketing Manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation. Good customer relations skills, and be goal driven.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Establish sales strategy, objectives and manage strategic alliances with channels.
• Ensure consistence sales growth and sales target by directing and managing marketing and sales activity and regularly monitoring sales performance.
• Develop, monitor and manage the company’s marketing campaign or activity specially for sales business under the budget and time frame.
• Defining target demographics and proposing ways to expand customer base.
• Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Recruit and expand qualified agents, brokers and other alliances.
• Promote and maintain relationship with agents, brokers and another alliance.
• Perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance industry or related industry with minimum 3 years in executive role in Marketing & Sales in insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to travel.
